Clicker Training is a training method that uses a clicker to make a sudden sharp “click” sound that indicates to a dog that he has done something to earn a food reward. This “click” has been shown to produce very rapid learning, long retention, and emotional surges/positive emotions in dogs. It is hypothesized that the “click” is processed by the central nervous system faster than any spoken word can be. Find out how fast your dog can learn with one of these great Clicker Classes! |
Dog Parkour TM combines elements of human parkour and dog agility to create an accessible activity for dogs and humans alike. Dogs get introduced to the world of jumping, climbing, balancing over, crawling under, and going around different obstacles in their everyday world. Parkour can be done anywhere and is limited only by one’s imagination. Dog Parkour helps with confidence and overcoming fears, and it is a low impact but challenging activity for any canine athlete.

Without a doubt, your dog will love the super fun sport of Nose Work! As explained by the National Association of Canine Scent Work, "K9 Nose Work is the fun search and scenting activity that virtually all dogs and their people can enjoy. It starts with getting your dog excited about using his nose to seek out a favorite toy or treat reward hidden in one of several boxes. As your dog grows more confident with his nose, the game expands to entire rooms, exterior areas, and vehicles. Advanced K9 Nose Work focuses on increasing your dog's scent discrimination skills, adding special target odors to the search, and much more!" At AnnaBelle's, our nose work classes are taught by Dawn Archer Pizzoferrato, ABCDT. Nose Work is great for all dogs, regardless of size, age, temperament, breed, or physical ability!
