Kim Mayhew - Cooperative Care for Canines

Cooperative Care represents an innovative approach to pet grooming and healthcare, actively engaging dogs as participants in the process.

During cooperative care training sessions, we closely observe our canine companions to ensure their comfort and enthusiasm throughout grooming and veterinary check-ups.

Through this training, you will acquire effective communication techniques to foster a positive attitude in your dog, not only making them receptive to handling and grooming but also nurturing their desire to actively participate in these activities.

Additionally, we will introduce valuable behaviors that can be taught to your dog, enhancing the ease and effectiveness of cooperative care.

Necessary Items:

  • An assortment of delectable treats of varying flavors, conveniently stored in a training bag.
  • A flat buckle collar accompanied by a 6-foot leash.
  • A comfortable mat for grooming purposes.
