Fast paced and exciting Pet Service environment is seeking dynamic individual(s) to coordinate the foundation of our customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls and returning voicemails; managing incoming and outgoing email, scheduling and coordinating service reservations, and other daily office support or special projects as assigned
Preferred skills and qualifications include clear phone communication, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or the willingness to learn, attention to detail, love of canines, and some creative ingenuity. Social media knowledge is a plus.
This position is part time, M-F, with alternating Mondays and split shifts.
