The TopNotch Harness from Permier offers five-way adjustability for a custom fit and greater versatility with three attachment options. Attach the leash to the D ring at the end of the nylon T, and it functions as a standart all-purpose harness for casual walks. For more control than a standard harness, attach the leash to the O ring at the top of the shoulder straps.
